Bharatha Matha Foundation for the first time in the history of Hyderabad, performed a Maha Harathi Programme dedicated to Bharatha Matha on 26th January, 2018 in the august presence of our chief guest, Sri Paripoornanda Swami garu. Addressing the people who attended in huge numbers at the famed Peoples Plaza, Necklace Road, Sri Paripoornanda Swami said, we should consider Bharatha Matha as our mother and all the citizens as our brothers. Former Union Minister Sri Bandaru Dattatreya, Madugula Naga Phani Sharma and others also attended the prestigious programme.

The event, Bharatha Maha Harathi began with a power packed performance by the students of The Hindu Public School. Later the trainers from Aruna Yoga institute paid a humbling tribute to the world renowned Yoga art with their performance. Children from Devanaar Blind school gave a riveting dance performance proving disability is not an obstacle for anything we want to achieve in life. Impeccable and spellbinding Sand Art was on display during the event.

Martial artists from Lakshman Gurukul, Kerala gave a breathtaking performance of Kalaripayattu, one of the oldest surviving military and combat styles. This was followed by acclaimed music director Sri Rama Chari's live concert and Dandiya and Garbha Performance by children from Gujarati Samaj.

1500 children from various schools dressed in "Bharatha Matha" attire remained special attraction during the event. The representatives from Wonder Book of Records, recognised this special feat and presented the Certificate to Shri Sri G. Kishan Reddy, Dr. Ramesh Babu, Sri Panduranga Rao of Bharath Matha Foundation.
